Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING

We ship gifts nationally using Sendle at the following rates for regular delivery: 

Standard shipping is $10.00.

Express shipping is available upon request (we will need to be emailed directly or DM'd about this before 10am).

RETURNS

We do not accept exchange or refunds for change of mind. 

We do accept exchange on purchases within 14 days for any damaged products. Please note that return postage is at the cost of the customer. 

In the unfortunate event that you receive your item and it is not fit for purpose, you may be eligible for a faulty item return. If this does occur, you'll be required to send photo evidence of the issue to us directly at bloom@kyndnwylde.com.au. If the item is able to be deemed faulty by us from the evidence provided via email, you will need to return the item to us. Once the item has been received by us, we will issue a full refund for the item. If photo evidence is unable to be provided via email for any reason, in order to evaluate the item we will need to have the item physically returned to us. If we find the item not to be faulty, all shipping costs will be at the cost of the consumer if they would like the item returned to them.
